While the U.S. response stutters and stumbles with panic toilet paper buys and stock market sell offs, the Vietnamese health ministry and a dancer have triggered a world-wide phenomenon with a catchy song and a fun dance that gives life to the ubiquitous advice to wash hands. The BBC has produced a video in which the dance artist, Quang Đăng, who created and performed the dance (on TikTok) is interviewed & talks about how dance brings light in dark times.
